Overview

When GHL phone numbers receive A2P (Application-to-Person) approval, support teams need to follow up promptly. Previously this was entirely manual — staff would check for approval emails, then create tickets in HubSpot by hand.

I built a lightweight automation that listens for A2P approval emails, automatically creates a HubSpot ticket when an approval is received, and ensures the support team can take next steps immediately without delays.
